the room was large, basic but clean, and had a beautiful view. I found the self-checkout process to be convenient, and the communal kitchen and dining area were fantastic. the location was also great, with only a 7 or 8-minute drive to Drumnadrochit where we could get food. it was really good value for money. The hostel was the perfect place to rest after a long drive from Stirling before our hiking adventure in Glen Affric. Cons: Everything is what I need and want! 😊.

The hostel is situated in a nice and quiet area, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay. the staff members were kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. the building is fairly new, offering modern facilities and comfortable rooms. There is ample storage space in the cupboards and fridge, allowing guests to easily store their food. Some guests also mentioned the good location, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area.
One downside mentioned by a guest was the lack of variety in the breakfast options. While the croissant, butter/jam, toast, milk, and cereals provided were sufficient for a short stay, those planning an extended stay may desire a more diverse menu.

The location of the hostel is a nightmare. the given postcode led us up to a hill and there was no accurate description of the exact location. We even had trouble finding the hidden sign for the hostel. the communal area is well, appointed with a large kitchen and dining space, perfect for families and groups to cook and eat together. the communal area also has a TV for entertainment.
There is a lack of posted information at the hostel. There was no staff on, site and we had to rely on emails and phone calls to check, in and access the WiFi.
